LVXnexus

1) Purpose and Scope

LVX provides tools to generate or transform content (images, videos, audio, text). You are solely responsible for how you use these tools and for the content you generate, upload, or distribute. This notice sets rules for ethical use, legal compliance, and platform safety.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Do not use LVX where prohibited by law, sanctions, or export controls.

3) Ethical Use — Required Conduct

• Obtain informed, verifiable consent from any identifiable person whose image, voice, or likeness you upload, clone, or reproduce.
• Disclose synthetic media clearly when there is risk of confusion with real individuals or events.
• Respect applicable privacy, IP, consumer, and platform rules at all times.

4) Strict Prohibitions

• No non-consensual content (including deepfakes, voice cloning, sexual content, doxxing, stalking, harassment).
• No content involving minors in any sexualized, suggestive, or exploitative manner. This includes synthetic, stylized, or “age-modified” depictions. Zero tolerance.
• No sexual violence, bestiality, human trafficking, or exploitation.
• No hate, threats of violence, or incitement to harm.
• No instructions to commit crimes or materially facilitate unlawful acts.
• No infringement of third-party intellectual property or publicity rights.
• No biometric identifiers without lawful basis and explicit consent.

5) Consent for Voice and Image Cloning

• You may only clone or mimic a person’s voice, face, or likeness with their explicit, provable consent for the specific use case.
• Do not mislead audiences about endorsements, affiliations, or real-world actions of any person.

6) Intellectual Property

• Upload only content you own or are fully licensed to use. You must respect trademarks, copyrights, neighboring rights, and moral rights.
• You grant LVX limited rights to process and host your content solely to provide the service.

7) Privacy and Data Responsibility (EU GDPR)

You control the lawfulness of any personal data you submit. By using LVX you confirm you have a valid legal basis (e.g., consent, contract) for processing personal data and that you will honor data subject rights. LVX implements technical and organizational measures appropriate for a SaaS content platform. Do not upload special categories of data without explicit consent.

8) EU/UK Compliance References

• GDPR (EU/UK): lawful basis, transparency, data minimization, security, and rights.
• Digital Services Act (DSA) (EU): illegal-content reporting, notice-and-action, and transparency duties.
• Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU: see Section 9 for digital content and withdrawal waiver.
• Directive (EU) 2019/790 (DSM Copyright): respect copyright and licensing rules.
• E-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC: information society services framework.

9) No Refunds for Digital Content — Withdrawal Waiver

Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase. Under EU law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw. Exception: when you explicitly request immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal, merchants may supply the content without refunds. LVX applies this exception. Once generation starts or content is delivered, no refunds.

10) Platform Safety, Logging, and Moderation

• LVX may log usage events for security, abuse prevention, and compliance.
• LVX may remove content, suspend accounts, or notify authorities in case of severe violations (e.g., CSAM).
• Automated checks may block or flag risky prompts and assets.

11) Export Controls and Sanctions

You may not use LVX if you are located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on restricted-party lists.

12) Changes

LVX may update this notice. Material changes will be signaled in-app. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
